Our QA team checks and ensures each product is in optimal condition before packaging and sending to our customers. Customer satisfaction is our top priority. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please don't worry, you can apply for a return and refund with us. Please contact our customer service team in advance, and we will assist you. EXCHANGE POLICY:

---For orders not yet shipped**: If your order hasn't been shipped and you wish to exchange for a different color or size, as long as it's in stock, you can contact our customer service team to make the change. (Only the same product can be exchanged; other products cannot be exchanged).

---For orders that have been shipped**: If your order has been shipped, you can contact our customer service team to apply for a return after receiving the product. You can then re-order from us to minimize your waiting time. This can shorten your wait and ensure the product is still in stock.

---For orders over $69, we will cover the shipping costs for the new product. Customers are only required to return the original item at their own expense. For orders under $69, customers are responsible for all shipping costs associated with the exchanges.


RETURN POLICY:

---14-Day Return Policy: If you are not satisfied with a product purchased from eggka.com, you can apply for a return and refund within 14 days of receiving the item. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition as you received it, unworn or unused, with tags intact. The return package must be sent within 7 days of submitting the return application and the logistics tracking number must be provided to customer service. If it exceeds the deadline, your return application will be automatically cancelled.

---Specific Conditions for Return: Kindly check your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, please contact us and consult with photo, so that we can evaluate the issue and give you the best solution as soon as possible.

---If the return request is not due to a product quality issue, the customer will bear the return shipping fees to the warehouse.


NOTE:

---Please note that the following situations are not considered quality issues:
1.Loose threads, burrs, thickness, feel, and/or differences in colour from the display;
2.Being unsatisfied with the style and/or color, and changes in personal taste and preferences;
3.Damage caused by improper use, washing, maintenance, self-repair, modification or other human factors;
4.Returns due to sizing issues.


RETURN ADDRESS (PLEASE NOTE):

---Any address on the package is not accepted as the return address. Packages returned to an unauthorized return address will not be refunded. If you need a refund or return, please contact our customer service team (customerservice@eggka.com) for the correct return address before sending your return package.



RETURN PACKAGE TRACKING:

---After sending out the return package, please email us with a photo of the package. Once received and processed, we will contact you. Ensure you send us a traceable tracking number so it can safely and timely reach our hands.



ORDER CANCELLATION:

---If you want to cancel your order and it has not yet been dispatched, you can contact our customer service team and we will respond to your needs as soon as possible. Please note that if the order has already been dispatched, we will not accept any cancellations. Thank you for your understanding.



REFUND POLICY:

---For cancelled orders that have not been shipped, the refund will be returned to your original payment account within 3-15 working days.

---For returned orders, we will apply for your refund as soon as we receive the return package and inspect the condition of your returned product. The refund will be returned to your original payment account within 3-8 working days.
