---For some regions (Malaysia, Singapore, Taiwan, Thailand), online logistics tracking is not available. For these cases, please contact our online customer service for the latest updates on your order.


IS THERE FREE SHIPPING FOR ORDERS OVER $69?

---Yes, we offer free shipping for orders over $69 after discounts. The total amount paid must be more than $69.


WHAT IS THE RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY?

---You can return your purchase within 14 days of delivery if you're not 100% satisfied as long as an item is still in its original condition. Please note that the shipping fee for return must be covered by the customer, unless our products are defective in quality.

(1)Loose threads, burrs, thickness, feel, and/or differences in color from the display;
(2)Being unsatisfied with the style and/or color, and changes in personal taste and preferences;

WHERE TO RETURN THE PRODUCTS?

---Any address on the package is not accepted as the return address. Packages returned to an unauthorized return address will not be refunded. ---We ship to South Korea, Japan, Singapore, Taiwan, Vietnam, Thailand, Malaysia, Philippines, USA, Canada, UK, France, Germany, Italy, Australia, New Zealand and other countries.


WHAT IS THE DELIVERY TIME?

---For in-stock items, we ship within 48 hours. Delivery times vary by region, but typically it takes about 5-8 business days for Taiwan, South Korea, New Zealand, Singapore, Thailand, Malaysia, Philippines and Japan, and 6-15 business days for Canada, Australia, USA, Vietnam, UK, France, Germany, ltaly and other regions.


WHAT IF YOU ARE NOT SATISFIED WITH THE PRODUCT?
